ASL’s business model is focused on working closely with its member client organisations. Where ASL differs from other payment service organisations is on its clear focus on delivering those elements of the payments capability which are best delivered collaboratively and best sourced in an aggregated model. The benefit to our members is that they get the benefit of scale while remaining closely engaged in the development of payments capabilities and technologies. ASL charges for what it can deliver better than the member organisations could deliver alone and leaves its member clients to deliver those components of a payments capability which they are better equipped to deliver for the strongest strategic and value outcome.
